Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds (On damaged goods)
Once your returned damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
