Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
How do i place an order?
Browse through our website and locate the products that you want to purchase. You may use the navigation bars and search button to help you find required products.
Click on a product to find out more about it. To select a product, add them to your Shopping Cart. On the product page, use the 'Add to Cart' button. You can then ‘Go to Checkout’ or ‘Continue Shopping’. If you choose to ‘Continue Shopping’ the product will be added to your cart and you will be returned to the product page so that you can add more items to your cart. Choose‘ Go to Checkout’ when you have finished adding everything that you want.
How do i know my order has been placed?
You will be sent a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct. Incase of any discrepancies in your order, or if you need any help, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Can I pick my order up in store?
We are currently an online stockist of craft supplies and do not have a brick and mortar store. While we generally discourage studio visits due to scheduling issues, please feel free to contact us via email or Facebook inbox to enquire if a visit by appointment is possible.
How can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to the time that it is dispatched. To add more items to your order, you will need to place a new order. To change your details or cancel it completely, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be ready to quote your order number from your confirmation email.
I can't find an item on the website?
If an item no longer appears on the website, it may be out of stock or discontinued.
How do we use your data?
Do I have to register to place an order?
No. Customer account registration is optional to place an order. Registering for an account will make your shopping experience more convenient by allowing us to prefill your address, remember the items in your shopping cart. The "My Account" function will allow you to view your order history and other account details.

You can pay for your online order in the following ways :
Cash on Delivery
All orders, except for COD, must be paid for prior to courier dispatch.
How soon can I receive my order?
Order can be received within 1-2 working days of order confirmation, delays can be expected due to unforeseen weather or political conditions.
